ArbCulture Limited offer a systematic and thorough examination of Arboricultural Equipment helping to keep your company, and your arboricultural lifting equipment compliant, ensuring that your employees are able to work safely and effectively.
The Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) inspections within arboriculture and other industries. have been a legal requirement since December 1998.
The LOLER regulations applies to all equipment and procedures involved in the lifting and lowering of loads, including people at any height above or below ground level. This fundamentally includes almost all arboricultural climbing and rigging equipment.
All LOLER inspections and examinations at ArbCulture Limited are carried out by a qualified and impartial inspector, holding a City & Guilds Level 3 Certification of Competence in Thorough Examination of Arboricultural Equipment (0037-03).

Initial LOLER inspection
An initial LOLER inspection service includes the full inspection and examination of equipment, as well as the creation and production of your LOLER inspection record-log.
Your record book will include the following:
Full description of equipment.
The Manufacture information.
Date of Manufacture.
Unique identifier of equipment.
Minimum break strength.
Safe working load.
Pass or fail, including details of any actions required.
Date of next inspection, including a reminder.
On completion of your LOLER examination you will be provided with the following:
A full record log of all equipment provided for examination, including the details of what actions are required resulting from a pass or fail.
A digital PDF documentation, as well as a laminated physical copy to keep with your equipment.
Automated reminder of next LOLER inspection.
Re-Inspection
Equipment presented for inspection will already be recored and documented
